They were getting some good projects to learn and improve. As far as I know , they dont have such good projects anymore.

I dont like most of the things in Yudiz - No credits given for dedicated projects. - No industry standard salary - 1 to 3 years bond with bond amount of 3 to 6 times the salary or 1 Lakh which ever is greater. - Seniors do not posses even the basic level knowledge, Some are just back bitching everyone. - Hard working emplyees are not appreciated, instead less working or not so smart persons are favoured and given good offers....Read More

You will learn a lot, they have some good projects from which you can learn. They try to implement new technologies on the ongoing projects by which you stay updated with new tools .

Dislikes

No work from home and no salary hike, they offer very low and even after working for 1+ years they won't give any promotions. Also, they sign bonds so that employee can't leave the company before 2.5 years

The work culture is fantastic and people like to help and talk. Supportive TL and managers.Great learnings are provided.

Employee recognition and appreciation is low. Would always prefer new employees over old ones in terms of salary
