Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I'd a great experience working at Yudiz. The company culture is really positive and supportive, making it a good environment for both beginners and mid-level professionals.

Dislikes

After reaching a certain level, particularly for senior DevOps and Developers, the projects lack the complexity and scale you'd expect at enterprise level. Additionally, some of the company's policies aren't very employee-friendly, which can make it challenging to stay motived in the long term. I'm really impressed by the positive work culture and the valuable guidance provided by the senior team at this company.

Dislikes

Yudiz Company tends to hire large number of intern to fulfill certain company needs. However, after about 5 months, they terminate these interns, attributing it to subpar performance. Moreover, candidates are interviewed for specific departments, but upon placement, they are assigned to different departments based on the company's requirements

You will learn a lot, they have some good projects from which you can learn. They try to implement new technologies on the ongoing projects by which you stay updated with new tools .

Dislikes

No work from home and no salary hike, they offer very low and even after working for 1+ years they won't give any promotions. Also, they sign bonds so that employee can't leave the company before 2.5 years
