-Bad management, HR is namesake -Variable pay never comes -No good peers, most good leaders have left -Zero trust on employees -There is only work -No balance - They don't want you to have life outside work -Threat of silent layoff all the time Avoid joining at all cost.

Below par salary, cheap labour, No/minimal increment, will promote and give you double work with a joke 15% hike. The company is gaming with the employees. No fixed working hours and still the HR team will cry for you to come to office and expect you to work post office hours late night as well. No extra pay for on call labour.

The work culture here is challenging but it's collaborative. Professional growth is priority, with ample learning on job. Management is apporachable and open communication. Felxibility in work hours but no WHO. In the unfortunate event of an employee's demise or permaent disability, the nominated beneficiary receives five years of the gross CTC.

Despite the support, there are times when resources are stretched thin, making it challenging to meet all project demands. No WFH

It's a performance driven environment. Everyone from senior leader to co workers, is approachable. I have always had freedom to share ideas and know they'll be considered. The workload can be intense specially when we working on delivery projects like any company.You do see individual recognition

I think there are a lot of things that need improvement but there is a list of pros that can be mentioned. Employee benefits like insurance, reimbursement, thoughtful leaves. Disciplined when it comes to salary and other compensation. Necessary support and resources are there. A lot of learning opportunities.

Professional challenges are there that need to be addressed. Waiting for appraisal can be irritating.

Firstly, I'm happy working here as compared to many other comments I see here. The company culture is open, you can speak your mind even to the founder and chro in their 1:1. The team is good and driven. The infrastructure is okay. While it might not be as flashy as some other startups, it is functional and meets the basic needs. I've been with YUBI for over two years., and I have a decent feeling. Environment is nice and positive if you are being professional. The promotion and appraisal process is fair. The company does conduct performance reviews, which helps in understanding where you stand. My manager has been quite supportive and provides good feedbackincluding development.
