Below par salary, cheap labour, No/minimal increment, will promote and give you double work with a joke 15% hike. The company is gaming with the employees. No fixed working hours and still the HR team will cry for you to come to office and expect you to work post office hours late night as well. No extra pay for on call labour.

The culture is poor, and there are signs of dishonest practices. It's not worth my time speaking about them. Just avoid joining. The pay is low, with almost no raises or appraisals. Most people got no hike in 2023, and 2024 looks the same. Many doing the same work are paid very differently.
