The company culture is a mixed bag. On one hand, my colleagues are genuinely supportive, and team celebrations make you feel included. On the other hand, the overall environment can feel hierarchical at times, with upper management being slightly inaccessible. people are friendly. company even supports skill development. Thanks to company for covering cost of certifications and courses. "Salary hike was good. Manager understands the task and has decent knowledge.

No one behaves rudely. " Results matter. What you do when given responsibility matters; this is how you can progress here. I have reached a designated role this way. So seniors and leaders value work ethics and hard work. no incentive to work overtime… Management should address queries immediately rather than delay. Not happy with salary increase this time.

Work is detailed. Working on fintech projects that are demanding. Your work dedication speaks everything. You need to deliver results and that's all that matters here. Culture of this place is good. Benefits especially healthcare ones are much better and very attractive.

No work-life balance. Just work and work. Deadlines are strict to follow. Don't expect everyone to be always good to you. People's behaviour keeps on changing

The tech stack is new and learning is constant when it comes to projects. I have had opportunities to work on many big upgrades for platforms like Lending. The team values clean code and good design, and I have grown a lot as a developer.

Dislikes

Sprint planning is not realistic, lot of unplanned activities. Some leaders have no knowledge of code base so they just delegate No WFH

You can have a lasting connection with this company, but only if you keep up your good work, If you perform well like your superiors expect, there's nothing to stop you from growing here. company offers a reliable path for building a stable career I can work toward my career goals, learn new things, and be part of challenging projects.

The leave policy is poor. Getting leave approval is difficult, and you still get calls when on leave. You can only take 2 days off for religious or other occasions, with few holidays. Deadlines are too tight. There's no time for proper work, and features are undone due to unclear requirements. There's no learning or growth in my team. They mostly use Ruby on Rails, which might not suit everyone, but I didn't mind. The work was repetitive and didn't help me improve. I felt stuck and my skills were not growing....Read More

As a startup, the environment is challenging and has autonomy to operate. I get to manage my tasks around my own schedule. Helps a lot with delivering quality outputs. Leaders appreciate and actively acknowledge and praise hard work. Good Esops and comp as compared to the market. IPO plans should create good value in 2 yrs.

You need to get used to the hustle culture and handling pressure if you want to work in a startup. Frequent change in timelines disrupts plans. Too many meetings

The company is struggling, with hight attrition rates. Many top managers have left due to a lack of scaling prospects in this a startup. Consider this offer only if you're currently without a job.

Good company for growth and learning about new lending segments. There’s a lot to explore and analyze. I had direct access to leadership and helped them make decisions based on risk insights. It’s a fast-paced atmosphere, but I like that. The people here think long-term, not just chase short-term growth which aligns with my career goals.

The fintech space moves fast, so we are always expected to stay on top of trends which gets stressful sometimes.

Hierarchy structure is proper employee policies are good ...... no problem faced. Workplace where you will discover your true potential. Your efforts and dedication will be counted, and you will get all that you deserve It has given me a clear understanding of my tasks. Plus, the training I have undergone have proven to be valuable for me, when I actually started working on real-time projects.

The culture is poor, and there are signs of dishonest practices. It's not worth my time speaking about them. Just avoid joining. The pay is low, with almost no raises or appraisals. Most people got no hike in 2023, and 2024 looks the same. Many doing the same work are paid very differently.

Exposure is good in terms of clients and technology. You will not be stuck doing the same thing for a long time. If you work hard, they make it clear that growth and advancement are possible here. And they support it with training and mentorship along the way. If you give results and working hard, they offer good support and guidance to improve and get promoted.

More preference is given to older employees which feels like favouritism is happening in office.
