The worst corporate culture I have ever come across.They are highly unprofessional and do not communicate well with its employees.They will contact you whenever they want to but wont be available whenever you have any concerns.The worst part is they dont treat you like a human being and keep on lying about serious matters.

One should never think of working with Yourdost as not only will it lower your self esteem,but also will leave you confused and hamper your personal growth.They dont have any ethics when it comes to employees.

Having been working as a consultant psychologist in a government aided project for yourdost but for the late 3 months the project is withheld due to the present circumstances and we are also not paid. There is no communication from the company end on how they are planning to go forward or if the project will restart again.
