Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Work Details

As per my JD I was supposed to manage the centre but I was working as a maid there. The staff is so irresponsible and indecent towards kids. No fixed timings. Over all working with YKROK was pathetic. My request to each n every parent don't put ur kid.
