Nothing to be liked at Youkraft. Management is a set of the worst and incompetent people. They are just ruining people' careers by making them join here and then firing them for stupid and unreasonable reasons.

Everybody is made to give sales numbers, no wonder the security guard might also have some sale targets. And Manav Goel is the worst thing in Youkraft, only asks for absurd sale targets without any logic, Always delays vendor payments and employees' salaries, while ensuring the office environment remains worst by treating educated and industry experts like factory labour. Do not join even if you are jobless, because they will anyway fire you for no reason. Two of the co-founders also faced the same disgrace, while they have scaled top E. Anyone who is getting the opportunity in this company should know that this is a family business having top management positions filled with people with less or no knowledge related to one way or another to the owner. The culture is worst here. Job security is something one shall not look forward to. This business has no plan/strategy whatsoever. ALL THE POSITIVE REMARKS ABOUT THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN FORCED DOWN BY HR AND ARE NOT REAL. DONOT JOIN EVEN IF YOU ARE JOBLESS. You can get fired without any reason. The CEO will shout at random people after visiting the office once in a blue moon. Even salary is not given to people before half of the month is over.
