Dislikes

There is so respect for a female employee at the organisation specially from the HR operations lead GANESH SAWANT. The HR itself does not work ethically. Additionally, there is no clarity about policies which keeps on changing every month. No scope of learning and growth.

Their management especially HRs and Mangers don't want to reveal the names are at their pathetic level. You aren't allowed to give your inputs , they have their own way of working style. If you question for anything they will make you quiet. The worst part is their AMS policy. They have published something else on their intranet and do their opposite
