Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I got the maximum opertunity to grow professionally under the leadership of my HOD i.e. Ms Jyotsna Aswal. Yokohama India is one of the best place to work with.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
