The Higher management don't know how to handle team,non deserving people are sitting in head of pm dept who knows nothing about how to manage team. Unsafe for female employees Lot Politics and favouritism Abusive and harsh language use Kindly don't join this company as it was Biggest mistake of my career to work here mental health ruined, specially if u r a female.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
