Toxic work culture, no work life balance, so called seniors are not supportive, Hr never responds to employees calls unless it is of their benefits, seniors feels disrespected if u say that you can't do some work due to the time or it may be anything. They lies to customers about the deadlines, they will not give petrol allowances on time you have to keep asking, first they say that we will raise ur salary after 3 months but when it is the time of increment they will remove u sighting disciplinary action or some other weird reasons.
