The work environment at this company leaves much to be desired. To start, there is a mandatory daily briefing that often feels redundant. While the idea behind these briefings might be to foster communication and ensure everyone is on the same page, in practice, they rarely contribute to productivity. Instead, they often feel like awaste of time, adding unnecessary stress to the end of each day. Despite the specific roles they were hired for, there is a noticeable lack of meaningful tasks. This discrepancy between the job description and the actual work assigned is a major source of frustration. Employees are left idle, with their skills and potential largely untapped. The pay offered is extremely low compared to industry standards, and the yearly increments are minimal, failing to keep up with inflation or reward performance adequately. Moreover, there is a fear of layoffs. Employees can be terminated at any time without any clear reason, creating a highly unstable and insecure working environment. This constant threat undermines morale and makes long-term planning nearly impossible. The management's attitude towards employees worsens these issues. There is a clear lack of respect for staff members, with concerns and feedback often ignored. This disregard for employee well-being leads to a demoralizing atmosphere where employees feel undervalued and unheard.
