The workplace was marred with favoritism, poor leadership and a lack on employee support. Constructive feedback was often replaced by public criticism and micromanagement, creating a very demotivating atmosphere .High attrition rates reflect the underlying issues. Not ideal for those seeking a respectful, growth-driven and professional environment.

The working culture from up top is pretty transparent. The entire tech team gets a peek into the OKR discussion over the entire year across all quarters. We have an ideation board where anyone can pitch their idea. You get a platform to put forward your opinion. You get to see the impact on the customers up close.

Dislikes

There is a lack of career guidance or career support. There is not enough feedback exchanged on employee x employer level. There should be a safe space where I can discuss my career aspirations and keep myself aligned with the company goals. The roles and responsibilities are not clearly defined - which can be a good thing if you know how to squeeze the best out of every opportunity, but on a general note it is not very comforting....Read More
