If you are working as a BDA, trust me there is no learning because you just have to sell something that is already free in the market and that too for 40k minimum. It is for overseas education process and you need to sell the services. The company is growing no doubt but some managers are pathetic, they will only push you to sell certain services and not all the services provided by Yocket. They say company's culture is good, indeed it is good but not at all good for BDAs because you need to work 7 days. PIP is something that is too easy to get. If you really need a job and don't have any other job in hand then only go for Yocket else please try to skip this company. Managers are pathetic and trainer is also dull There is no such training provided here. You will find many people growing in this company, this is true that people have been promoted but I'll tell you how they've grown- they were in the system and they used to get all the fresh leads but make a note that once you join here as a BDA you won't get any fresh leads till you've closed at least 5 leads....Read More

They don't give training on how to improve the skills they just need sales at any cost. Top management is too good but the direct managers are pathetic so they will issue you PIP if you have not closed any sales in 3 weeks. Collegues also try to snatch your leads no matter how close you are to them because it's the culture that you can take anyone's leads if it is possible. It's just a consultant for overseas education and nothing more. Learning here is a big 0. No one will applause if you've closed a deal Neither they provide a good service to the clients and eventually they will call and irritate you so prepare accordingly before joining. If you are looking for money then sorry it's not a good place for you. Incentives will only be credited if you have crossed 6lcs in a months. The working culture from up top is pretty transparent. The entire tech team gets a peek into the OKR discussion over the entire year across all quarters. We have an ideation board where anyone can pitch their idea. You get a platform to put forward your opinion. You get to see the impact on the customers up close.

There is a lack of career guidance or career support. There is not enough feedback exchanged on employee x employer level. There should be a safe space where I can discuss my career aspirations and keep myself aligned with the company goals.
