Nothing say to like about that salon waste of spending time there ....unsafe place for women

They didn't gave me the salary for 1 month and they kept on hold they are so rude with the employees,they don't even know how to behave with women they play with employees emotions ,lot of pressure torture ... totally i say one of stupid salon

The thing that I love about YLG is it encourages in education for the updating of knowledge

Everything except the education the management is the worst ever seen, they make us (hair styling, beauty therapist) do all the marking works like give pamphlets to people and neighbor hood activities etc. They pressurise too much out of a human can tolerate which turns into sucidecal thoughts and psychological triggers. Torture, working hour is till 8 but they make us work till 10 or 9 and if we don't they threats us that they will throw out of work
