its a Japanese MNC, lot of leaves you get here. you can spend time with your family. no one will force you to work after 8 hrs, unless you are a work alcoholic. Job securty- its more than a govt. jobs.

Indian management is pathetic. Increament is only 3-4 % only. Favouritism is on peak. Only 1-2 % employees benefitted due to favouritism. Other wise all just working. HR department is worse.

Ykk has no good things to like,but had a job security

Dislikes

Ykk never promote DET person on higher level .YKK gives salery hike in 6 years is only Rs 7,900 and that was very very poor. For example someone salery is Rs 8,000 in 2018 and Rs 16,300 in 2023,thats the salery condition and reality of YKK
