Yatra is a very nice place to start a career in Hotels and Travels industry. There are a lot of internal training and developments programmes held for the employees' growth. The managers.leaders have the greatest influence on an employees experience at yatra. Employees are relaxed and leadership is accessible at yatra. I love the fact that I am a part of the team that markets reliable, highly-quality products and has a global client base. 'While I really enjoy working at Yatra Hotels Solutions Pvt Ltd, unfortunately, it offers a few opportunities for the growth and development. For a larger brand like, I believe that Yatra should re-hire those employees have resigned properly. HR is sometimes not bothered about the employee issues and welfare. An employee welfare scheme/ policy is so complicated and strict that no one can get benefits of it, so where will go employee and what is the use of this employee welfare schemes/policies?????? I am sure there are more dislikes about the HR, but I don't think its worth noting. I do have some likes in the Job though, everyone seems helpful and seem to will always help you out....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
