Your job is as secure as it can be,your work is specific and based on particular protocol,respectful environment as a doctor.

Dislikes

Almost all the jobs here are underpaid and also given heavy workloads, as a doctors it’s better when compared with other jobs here. The work durden can take a toll on mental health and the salary can give you financial stress too.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
