If you work under company secretarial department at Yashoda Hospitals, Hyderabad than it is the worst place to work. Other departments are good. They only value the senior people. No value for new joinee. They wont even ask you the reason of leaving. No value of staff working. No consideration in COVID. No increments. Especially Company secretary department and manager is worst. Work all days. Mon to Saturday. Sometimes my manager called me even on sundays. They will not treat you good if you are not south Indian and belong from other parts of India. My manager also discriminated based on gender. So please think twice before joining such company....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
