You get to learn everything write from scratch so good learning apportunity. That's the only one thing good about the company.

The company work culture is pathetic. The CEO of the company enjoys humiliating everyone. Based on his mood he treats employees and think they are his servant. There are few favourite (puppets) who passes the information to the boss. No work life balance alternate Saturdays are working and you are asked to come even on public holidays. I was in my maternity and was still asked to do work from home and they forced me by threatening that they will remove me from job. Also 18% salary was blocked during maternity leave and was informed that they will return once I join back. No performance evaluations is done based on favourites they give the increment. Policies are pathetic and the HR don't give a damn about you. Personal phone is not allowed, you need to keep it in locker. If you love to get humiliated then please join this company....Read More
