In Covid -19 situation was the most difficult times i have faced, and my company has supported me in every possible way. Here work culture is very good and friendly. My manager is very supportive and always Understands our issues and resolve very quickly.

Everything has plus and minus, but good part is when you keep on improving yours negatives to Positives. So, similarly YCSPL is growing everyday in positive way.

I am working here from last Two years, its been a great experience working here. I am learning New techniques and Skills everyday from great leaders and Project Managers. My all seniors are very supportive and always provide guidance to grow in my Professional life. I am extremely happy to work here. I get promotions also as per my performance and regularity.

In last two years, i haven't faced any much Negatives, even when in Covid-19 other companies were firing their employees, but my Company YCSPL was providing their best possible help to us.
