The company believes in open culture and very employee friendly. Work life balance is very good here. During this pandemic we are asked to work from home without streching working hours. Even amid corona situation company is agreed upon yearly hike.

Dislikes

I haven't found anything wrong with the company till now.

Work Details

Work life balance is very good here and you will not asked to work on weekends or after 9 hrs of your daily working

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

How about joining a New company makes me feel a little anxious

How about joining in Yash technologies for around 7 lpa for 3 years of experience for a 90 days notice however they said they can increase the offer upto 9 If I can able to join within 10 days.. as I'm currently on bench in my present company. However I'm here to take suggestions as entering into a new company is giving me a bit of anxiety. Suggestions are welcome
