This is about my peronal experience. Opportunity to work with Yash Technologies is a great experience. This is the best company ever in my whole 10 yrs of carrier. Internal politics based on location and Casteism (Brahmins) is worst. So many employees left organisation because of this. Favouritism is also at its peak. So many higher positioned people try to give all the opportunities to there relatives/favourite employees. Which demotivate to the employees who worked with selfless efforts for organisation. They will commit you so many things only to stop you from leaving the organisation but after the appraisal you will get nothing. You will be happy if you will stick to your work only....Read More
