very very much Micro-Management- Every Day - What you did, what you will do. and unnecessary questions and ultimately he is right and you are wrong in any case. even if your boss fault is there, still you are guilty. If you argue with him or try to explain, will take it personally and you can see by the face expression. Work environment is really bad and HR involves themselves much more than is required. Even the manager does not take sides when HR gets involved much more than required. HRs don't know about tech and still they interfere in the matters. Sometimes for the freshers they will make mentors who does not have any knowledge. Very rigid environment.
