At Yamaha, Job Security is a thing about which one should not be concerned. Also, HR policies are quite good and they constantly work towards upgradation of policies to align with employee's interests. Feedback and suggestions from employees are taken positivley and implemented timely. They try to generate maximum onsite opportunities for employees which provide them great exposure and learning.
Work culture is not good in some teams. Employees are over worked and expectations are unrealistically high due to which they have to work on weekends also. If concerns are raised, managers took them negativley which further more increases pressure on employees.
