Only depends on approach to get success in Yamaha, knowledge doesn't matter. There are so much politics in India Yamaha motor Private Ltd. Very bad salery package and salary criteria.

I am final inspector and my work is to maintain quality before dispatch. Check RPM, engine temperature, speedometer, brake force,abs, assembly,head light intensity, visual inspection etc.
