Not a single positive point apart from some good colleagues but atlast extremely impacted by Its OSS department is worst because of higher management and Internal dirty politics

There is unnecessary pressure created on IM team developers and team are lead by less experienced(2-3 years) team lead, which in turn lead to zero management, leadership, communication and grooming skills. Even IM team’s manager herself starts dirty politics just for her entertainment even though you can raise complaints she just started blaming you to make you more depressed and helpless, since its almost 2025 she is still living in 1900s as she considers developers as merely object and didnt care about their mental well being. There is also an inner circle who supports the manager and manager shows her favouritism towards them, and only that group is allowed to have best perks of joining yamaha. This inner group themselves humiliate developers(freshers to 15 years exp) and they lack project knowledge and hardwork. So called least experienced team leads behave according to their mood and if any bug comes up they simply put complete blame on developers. Meetings happening late night also after 12am for no reason, despite of official Saturday Sunday weekly offs they will ask you to visit dealership or do the work whole day. Intentionally ask you to prepare reports on holidays. recently 1 colleague had a major stroke at night while working..doing meeting at 12.30am. Also 1 colleague is currently hospitalised due to lots of pressure, doctor told him that because of pressure swelling is there on brain, that colleague not even able to talk properly. No logical discussion happening in meeting, partiality’s by immediate reporting manager i.e TM (Maharashtra).Lack in knowledge, industry..
