Joined as a fresher and had a solid foundation for programming skills that im harnessing upon till 12 yrs now.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very bad. Suitable to join in early stage of career.

Work Details

Work is nice and being a small company you can learn a lot and very fast. But have to be very flexible to come on sundays too.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
