Good Work environment but the team and management requires improvement

Dislikes

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues and no career growth or any employee benefits and training for the freshers is very bad and needs a lot of improvement in training the new employee

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
