Guys Dont join this company, I have paid server cost amount of ₹3800 and the work seems to be difficult coz you need to fill 100 forms a day and the forms has more than 20 section. I told this to one of the person on that company and he promised me that he'll change.the.project without.the deadline But no credentials came it's almost 2 months and there's no response from their side so don't ever make a choice to join this company they will be so rude always when you call and also there will be no proper response. Very worst company I ever seen. They are asking money 3800 to join the company. They told to complete 15000 forms within 15 days. Work from home only. They told if any doubt means call the helpdesk number but this sever is problem more than 24 hours but no one responding. The hr is very worst behaviour. Iam working in xtancia technosoft as a Data backup executive for the past 1.7 years, it's a WFH job, so it's helps me to balance both my personal and work life and am well paid my works and efforts are well recognised. I have recently got promoted. I surely suggest everyone to get a good job in xtancia technosoft.

Like, target completion till the date and too much of work pressure and have to complete 150 files per day and within 10 days we have to complete 1500 files… if we can’t finish it, we will not getting the salary. In those 1500 files, if you complete 1499 files at the given time, balance one file is pending means you will not get payment for your completion work.

hi thenmozhi here from pudukotai district i would like to share my feedback after completing one year is xtancia. Basically I'm not a degree holder and expert in typing . just completed my 12th std with good communication and basic typing skill .i was almost searching for a job for more than 3months and not able to find a single company who can give me an opportunity to work .I was upset and i need a job to survive . And after that i have applied in online portala i got a job update from the xtancia and got an appointment for the interview shedule and i went for the interview without any hope and then i got selected for the data entry role and they have a given a proper training and support. i have started to work slowly and later on picked up speed and completed my project on time. And im happy about my first salary and got motivated and worked regularly and now in month im completing three projects and earning more that 45k in a month. i know i cant get this much salary for my education qualification . thanks xtancia for the wonderful support and training....Read More
