There will 360 man power in the warehouse on contract basis. you need manage them . Until now no Management Trainee has stayed there for more than 30 days. If there is some work in between office hours then you can go out without any worry, just update the manager and you will be allowed to go out in case of emergency.

Dislikes

There are a lot of dislikes like no matter how much work you do, that work is not respected. If you work late at night or even after reaching home, that work is not valued. Upper management does not talk on ground challenges and if you discuss it on a conference call, then the managers find excuses.And the employee who is performingwell and working 10 to 11 hours daily faces problem in taking leave.
