Worst company ever I had work. They fooled employees by hiring then they are not paying salaries. They hire employees with good packages and when it's time to pay they denied. Companies financial conditions is very bad. Do not join this company. I regret after joining this company. Hr are not supportive. If u asked any questions to hr they may either ignore u or back answer you if u said leving company they do not care they immediately start to search new bakra. Companies management is also very worst. Please fo not join this pathetic company. There is no fixed time to work they will ask you to work overtime without paying....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
