Compensation is average and growth is good. The work pressure is very high and i worked most of the time till midnight and have to complete our work within time and also attend client meetings and daily walk-through meetings.Managers do not value an individual unique strength, and they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals

My work is slightly challenging.I have to look the entire testing module,writing test scripts,involved in framework designing and developing the libraries,MAVEN,GITHUB,writing testcases,reviewing test cases and executing testcases and raising defects.
