1. Company and the management of this company is heartless because they follow such a dirty process like hiring more and more candidates when the work pressure in high and in other hand laying off the experienced as well as newly joined people without any sense just saying that they are no longer required since company is currently slowing down. 2. Work pressure is utmost high i.e you have to simply forget your personal life and become a servant of the company by by selling your self respect. 3. If you have the quality to be in good list of management people (community doesn’t allows to use any bad words but if you’re smart enough you’ll surely know what I mean) then you would be safe and appreciated over here but if not then be ready to be fired at any time. 4. Lastly, be ready to be a robot because you’ll never see a happy workplace, appreciative things which will motivate you to work over here. 5. Salary structure is the most insane part over here, You will have to give your 200% to receive complete salary of single month because variable components are higher than the fixed one for which you have to continuously struggle to achieve that criteria....Read More
