There is a more space for dislikes rathar than likes in this company. Client work location is very good

I joined in this company with 1yr prior experience, in interview or HR discussion they didn't tell me about 2yrs of service agreement but on the joining day they asked me to sign on service agreement, i donno what to do in that situation but I signed it. Here everything starts, Irrespective of your performance they give hike, they ev en donno on what basis they are giving hikes. In this company there is no scope for employee benefit, they only look for company benefit. There is a scenario in pandemic lockdown, official notice period is 90days from both sides either employee or employer. If company is terminating you, company will pay you next three months salary and they will remove you but after lay off 's started from the clients, xitadel management changed the rules that official notice period of the employee is 90days Is same but if company terminates you they will pay you for only 1month (30days). <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> There is no job security in this company</mark>. They won't mind you to remove from the payroll over night irrespective of your performance. HR never respect their employees, they won't answer your queries. Disaster HR management, I call it.
