Guys be careful before join this company. If you don't have money and you need it then you can plan to join this org. There no respect for employees in this company . Literally so called ceo will calll you daily and abuse on mother and sister. He can fire you anytime without any reason. Simply he will call you and abuse you for a reason that you are not responsible and asks to leave office right now. Also he will not provide you experience document at time of leaving company . This is happed with 90 percentage of ex-employees . also once you put resign he will hold your salary and never revert of your resignation mail. He will exploide you till last day and on last day will create great drama and will ask you to leave without any payment of 2..3 months. Once you leave no reverted of your mail and no your final settlement will be done. Its a scam company with no feature for your carrier and company's growth also . Also its not sure that when he will process salaries sometimes 2..3 months employees will not get salaries .its horrible experience with this org . No decision making authority, even you are in top management. No work ethics, even for their prestigious clients Toxic work environment in which only ego gets satisfied. Client have knowledge that there is a office in the city, but in fact there is no office , no workforce in entire state.
