Any good companies in mohali with good work-life balance
Hi, I'm a react-native developer with over 2 yrs of experience currently getting 2.8LPA. Just because I started from a low salary, next company didn't gave a deserving salary. So now I'm stuck between two options 1. Stay in my current company and expect them to give reasonable salary when time of increment. 2. Look for other companies with deserving salary. But when searching for other companies they expect me to join within 7-15 days. Please suggest which option should I go with and are there any good companies in mohali?
