Not actually any point to dislike here at Xicom, it totally depends upon the performance of the candidate. If anyone well versed with their skills then everything is positive, vice versa.

They did not stop us to work from home, provided all the support they can in terms of offering us to take our machines to home to ensure no one miss their work and loose salary. It was a great gesture when all other companies are simply putting employees on hold or on pause.

Dislikes

The PMs need us to attend meeting with clients and most of the times our presence is useless because ultimately BA prepares the doc and share with us to work based on it. That is one thing that I think should be removed from the processes.

Good technical projects, if you are tech savy developer or engineer you would enjoy working here. Very less democracy in system but it works and everyone sticks to the part of the processes they are assigned to. Free lunch and annual tripe are great addon
