As per brand the company is very good and employee friendly, in terms of management, basically the reporting managers are very terrible and not friendly and more corrupted & will take personal grudges if down line staff not supporting in their unethical activities, even the same has bought to HO team, there was no aggressive or positive response in correcting them.

Dislikes

The reporting managers are not good in attitude and corrupted unethical, even HO team will not take any action on the complaints with proofs shared by field and down line team, very hard to work with them, they will make the field team in troubles by making them in PIP intentionally

Work Details

Working with XIAOMI is very good experience, as we can survive based on the HO team support, but not with the support of reporting managers.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
