In short its a hell and company condition have turned even more worse after COVID or you can say this company is among those who are taking unusual advantage in the name of COVID employees are put on sabbatical they are paid on hourly basis ... and thats not end there the salary for that you will get after 4-5 mnths that is also notsure ... as when i am writing this review on 25/02/2021 my October salary is not disbursed and conyenace are pending for whole last year ... Worst policy i have every seen in any org all are in favour of management and management always follow policy which benifit them n they can also do such things which are not in policy but you can’t . It was ok in starting... it was good to work with Rahul chadha and Navneet kumar but all other management and hr are useless

Unlike many other companies, employees were not removed from the company, however were given unpaid leaves for 2 month during lockdown, without any financial support. Also after unlock, work pressure is high, we are being paid on hourly rate basis. Also at the moment our salary is being delayed by 3 months and is still pending.

Dislikes

Other than clientele, nothing else is likable. None of the employment clause is favourable to employee. And company is always in finance crisis. Reimbursement are pending since march.
