This company have the worst management. The HR department doesn't even care about the employees. They have build few work policies which have legal loopholes where they can make a huge profits from the deductions of your salary. They offer you company benefits just in the papers but you won't receive it. Regarding the work life balance, If you are lucky enough to fall in a good team you can have a decent work life balance. If you are an animation art enthusiast better not choose here cause you'll feel like a machine job and they'll literally ask you to give them a huge quantity of work than a good quality of work. Bhagmani branch is best , iam worked only 15 days in Bhagnani branch i learn lot of work in this branch . and Vikram Gajari is my first TL, the best of my animation mentor .

Pritech branch animation department is very worst , at the time i request to Animation director please move to bhagmani branch director is not responding my request . menters and TL and supervisor he don't care traine animator , traine animator asked the any dout , TL and menters is not respond , minimum traine animator working in 14 hr in pritech branch .
