The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Xenium didn't pay to any employee month of April 2020 and May 2020. From June they give salary for those people are working but give only 30% to 40%. Remaining employee they didn't pay any amount. They don't have plan to when office will open.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours in a day. Appraisals time is not fix sometime they give appraisal after 2 years. There is no job training for fresher.

its not about the dislike, its about the how u look at the your job whenever u got responsibility...but I genuinely think that some of xenium recent programmers are very weak in programming and have lack of experience cause affect in project delivery. still u cant blame on someone when u r work is not complete or affect by any cause. sometimes programmers late for finish job or sometimes artist late for deliver assets...but its a team job.
