The culture and spirit of the people is quite positive. They don't just say they are open to listen but they indeed practice this. I had a freedom to connect with all the leaders incase I have any doubts on anything. It brings different kind confidence in you.

I have spent approximately 5 years with Xebia. Projects are highly demanding but at the same time you can get huge learning because the technologies which are used are latest and advanced. I have learned most of the things on the job. Number of projects are increasing day by day . If your focus is towards learning then xebia is the right option. They have added multiple clients which was earlier a concern. Now they are adding clients every single day which is certainly a + . And also the loop whole in process is improved ,lot of improvement in culture also I have seen over the period of time.

As per me if company is doing great in Covid 19 and that is the right place to work with. Company culture is promoting lot of new values to bring for employees benifits. Apart from that I have huge to work to manage these day it's because company has many many new projects. Xebia has won new bids as well during this covid 19 which has really helped them to grow during this scenario.

Dislikes

7 years and looking forward stick here for more and thats possible because I did not find anything which they are doing wrong. If they launch any new policy they do a survey of it to check it's feedback and modify it as per majority which is the best thing.
