Only the Public sector undertaking company where i was deputed via xeam ventures, i.e., it was Heavy Engineering Coporation Ltd. (A government of India Enterprise).

No career growth with very Low grade salary, in todays tough world of inflation rate at each and every step in life , no work balance ultimately. can't even feed your family too properly. No smart salary according to the designation given. No Compensations. each and every month I had to chase to the agent of XEAM VENTURES for getting my own earned salary.
