No career growth with very Low grade salary, in todays tough world of inflation rate at each and every step in life , no work balance ultimately. can't even feed your family too properly. Xeam Ventures has taken all the required safety measure to ensure we are working in a safe enviorment, 33% staff occupancy in the office premises, rest working from home, social distancing been followed up, temperature maintance, sanitizers avaialble at every work stations.

Dislikes

The growth opportunites are little less one can develop there skills at a good pace with a learning mimdset but work life balance is hard to maintain. Lack of team work.

Since it was a govt project, we were allowed to have leaves as per govt's schedule.

No professionalism. No PF, Esi, TA & DA. They give salary once in 3 months or sometimes more than that. You work as a consultant but they will treat you like a daily labourer.
