The work culture in Wurth IT India is good. Most of the company decisions are centric to the welfare of the employees. Management is very humble, receptive to feedback and in true sense " Open Door Policy" is applicable in WURTH IT India. I had a wonderful time period in the company. Great place for learning, continuous improvement/ support from management. This is indeed a Great Place to Work
