I have been Working in Wurth IT India for the last 1.3 years and found their management staff is very supportive about the work culture they could not pressurize about the task they are every time available when you stuck somewhere in terms of technical and personal issues. The work culture in Wurth IT India is good. Most of the company decisions are centric to the welfare of the employees. Management is very humble, receptive to feedback and in true sense " Open Door Policy" is applicable in WURTH IT India. I had a wonderful time period in the company. Great place for learning, continuous improvement/ support from management. This is indeed a Great Place to Work
