Very poor appraisal. No promotion. Salary below market standard. No scope to improvise on anything.

Great culture. Good people. At least here in Kolkata.

Dislikes

Salary is like peanuts. Very infrequent increments. Even then not doled out to everyone. Bonuses have vanished since the last 5 years. Though it features as CTC component.

I am lucky to be a part of the team, especially my senior colleagues who were really helpful to me in every aspect.

Dislikes

I thought I was secured with this job, but then after the pandemic situation I couldn't believe that I could never come back here again.

Work Details

Collecting all dealers KYC, informing them about their monthly earnings, setting up the gifts they earned every month and sending them to their region through courier, sending report through mails at the end of the day.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
