During my tenure the only thing I liked about this company was the team of my 1st restaurant. my team was very supportive and very empathic and they knew what is called team work. Nothing else is good in this company.

Dislikes

No growth of an individual. The company itself struggling for profits and this is because they are trying to grab money someway around to gain profits. Poor quality food and poor quality management is bringing the brand down. Management need to be changed. This company is all about bootlickers and politics. If anyone can do this they are good otherwise you are useless.

The company is open to innovation . I love the fact that I am a part of a team. Another plus points is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here & there is on job training for fresher .

Less staffing...late salary after 20th on next month. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 12 hours without a break. Growth is slow.
